WELCOME
At WholeChild Wellness, we partner with families to support children and teens in Scottsdale, AZ. We help with a wide range of needs—including ADHD, anxiety, autism, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and feeding differences like ARFID and selective eating. Our approach is collaborative and affirming. We take time to understand each child as an individual, build on their strengths, and blend evidence-based care with compassion so growth feels meaningful and lasting.
Specialties
Our specialties reflect a whole-child approach, blending evidence-based care with compassion to meet kids, teens, and families where they are.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives children and teens a space that’s truly theirs. We support needs such as ADHD, anxiety, autism, and emotional regulation—always focusing on what makes each young person unique and helping them build skills in ways that feel encouraging and doable.

Pediatric Psychology
Our work often supports families managing complex medical conditions, helping kids thrive both inside and outside of healthcare settings. We also partner with families, schools, and medical providers so that support extends beyond sessions and into the places children and teens spend their daily lives.
Group Therapy
Group therapy lets children and teens practice new skills in real time—with peers who “get it.” These groups mix structure with play, giving participants a chance to build friendships, try out coping tools, and see that they’re not alone in what they’re facing.

Behavioral Health
We see behavior as a form of communication. Instead of focusing on “fixing” behaviors, we work on understanding what’s underneath and teaching practical tools that help kids and teens feel calmer, more flexible, and more connected at home and school.
Feeding Therapy
For families struggling with mealtime battles, ARFID, or selective eating, feeding therapy offers relief. We make food exploration safe, playful, and pressure-free, so kids and teens can expand what they eat while lowering stress for the whole family.

Caregiver Training
Parents and caregivers shouldn’t have to figure it all out alone. We provide coaching, encouragement, and real-world strategies that fit your family’s values—so you feel confident supporting your child without losing connection in the process.
